This open and accessible class is a still and peaceful practice with minimal muscular effort, with the help of blocks and bolsters, to allow the connective tissues around joints to be safely stretched. A beautiful way to reduce stress, balance the mind and refresh the body. This is a wonderfully restorative session to relieve tension, aid quality of sleep and to leave you feeling nurtured and comfortable in your own body.
