This mindful and powerful practice includes grounding breathwork and nurturing movement, developing strength and stamina through held, repeated asanas and intense vinyasa flows supported by ujai breath. The cool down relaxation creates a perfectly rounded class for strength, focus and empowerment. Previous experience of Yoga recommended.
