Postnatal/Mum and Baby Pilates Class involves: (With or without babies, mummies choice) - gentle and low impact movement, - learning to breathe correctly again, - improve your posture and your body’s alignment, - helps your body heal from the inside, strengthening your core, pelvic floor and general body strength gently, - increase your energy levels, - connect with other mothers in a welcoming and supportive space, - take time for YOU, fill up your cup with or without your little one
